  Walmart has cut back on employees and/or the hours the employees are given. This results in longer checkout lines and less help when you're trying to find something or if you have questions about a product. It also means that new employees often can't answer your questions as they haven't been given time to properly learn much about the merchandise in their department and often don't have someone they can goto to ask. That being said, many of the employees are friendly and helpful once they have time to talk to you to find out what you need help with. The poor photo associates have to try to balance assembling and packaging photo orders with assisting customers on the kiosks and answering various photo-related questions, plus making time to call customers regarding orders that have been delivered to the store or need a release statement, while also making sure their machines are cared for well enough to continue running so that orders can continue to be fulfilled, and mush of the time there is only one of them present to do all of this. I strongly encourage any customers who have complaints about the lack of people to provide assistance to call WalMart and complain that they need to have more employees in the stores to provide assistance and get people checked out quickly.

  Overall I like Walmart. You can pretty much find anything you may need. Especially near the beach. However the one here in Monroe, in certain areas, are not always kept stocked.
