  ValuePest changed their financial agreement with regularly scheduled customers on February 24, 2017. So even though I had paid up for 6 months, 3 months into my already paid for service they started taking more money out of my account with only a notice, not actual permission from me. I'm okay with this, I accepted it because the local service provider is so awesome and effective it was okay with me. THENNNN, I moved. I called for service and was told the account was with the house and not the person. Well last I check the person paid and not the house? So I pointed out that I had a large credit balance and that they needed to transfer it to the new house. Instead they just switched my address like I asked originally, great! That was 8 days ago. I have called back every business day since and been given the run around and promise for a call from the local provider to no avail. This is ridiculous! I do not understand what the issue is and why they are choosing to not notify my local provider that I need a service that I am paying for? This does not make sense to me, this is frustrating and infuriating. I am so disappointed because I actually had faith this was a great, legitimate business, only to find out how low their morale is and lack of customer service. If all you are asking for is a service you are paying for, this is not the place to go.

  My year contract with ValuePest is over. I will not renew and will not use them again. They helped with my spider and flea problem (the reasons I contacted them in the 1st place) so I'm happy for that but other than that I am not satisfied. I was told on 3 occasions that I was due for another quarterly treatment before the end of my contract. They scheduled the appt. Then I get a phone call stating that if I get that quarterly treatment, I'll owe another 3 months. Her customer service skills during the conversation were lacking and she didn't seem to care what I was told previously THREE times. The mosquito treatments helped but only last a couple weeks after they treat. And I was informed by one of the guys who came to treat that the office staff often give mis-information (his words). Overall disappointed. My parents have been using them for 8 years... I was hoping for a much better experience.

  Awesome job. I had a house full of spiders. These guys showed up and evicted them inside and out! I was surprised to see the tech removing webs from the outside of the house but he explained that that's part of their procedure. cool. Highly Recommended.
