If I could give this Sprint a rating of 0 stars, I Would. The young Hispanic guy had an attitude that was uncalled for because he made a mistake on my account and was upset that I didn’t wanna pay another service fee for his mistake and the fat black female manager didn’t help at all either. It was as if I was speaking a foreign language to this dumb hoe because it was as if she just couldn’t understand what I was telling her about her employee. I had to repeat myself at least 5 times, and each one of those times she failed to point out that her employee was the problem. Plan on switching to Verizon when my contract is up because 1 I shouldn’t have to pay for someone’s mistakes and 2 their overall service was terrible and I have never been treated like this ever. I say fire them and hire people who actually care about the customer.
