  Had a wonderful experience on my most recent visit to SW Monroe. I was greeted warmly and attended to promptly by a very nice woman ( I think Dianne). She was very helpful with color selections and offered up some great suggestions. My newly painted living room and kitchen look awesome. Thank you guys so much for your help.

  On my first visit, I was barely acknowledged and no assistance was offered. On my second, I asked for help to find a color. The sales person was disinterested and no help at all. I've been to other SW locations in the Charlotte area and they've been MUCH better. Will not bother with Monroe location again.
