  I have been renting from this exact location ever since 2006.When this new manager took over there has been nothing but disgusting results..Not only is her attitude and customer service skills poor,she wants and expects customers to pay for her mistakes.I have tried on several different occasions to pay off my balance that seems to have been mixed up due to a new computer system(Not My Fault!!).I will never ever recommend anyone else or make another purchase from this location! As a matter of fact she has messed that up for Rent aCenter point blank period..She needs to be out of there..#Bye Banetha Key has not only tried to screw me over she screwed over two people i referred! Some one's gonna get sued over this tyoe of behavior smh
