  I called to figure out my ring size from my wedding band we bought and had sized there so I could tell my husband so he could purchase something else for me. I was told they were too busy and was hung up on. We have always bought from Kay, we are done

  As i walked through the door the store manager greeted me, and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. Then went into detail about everything i asked for or about and took the time to actually help me. Never once did he try to rush me or anything like most places. I feel the customer service was great.
