  Six months ago I went to Carolina's Stone Marble & Granite completely fed up with my laminate counter-top that was suffering from old age! Thomas spent a lot of time with me, reviewing my options and using my primitively measurements to come up with a comprehensive price for granite counter-tops and back splash. I hung on to that price quote until two weeks ago when we could finally afford to re-visit the shop. I was surprised to be greeted by the exact same team that had been there in January. Thomas honored the quote he gave me and sent me to Granite Global Distribution to find the perfect granite (I was a bit picky). Wednesday I chose the color, it was delivered Friday, the following Thursday (yesterday) I got to see my kitchen transformed! Wow is all I can say. Three men arrived at 9:40am, had a 10 minute lunch at 11:30 and left the kitchen and downstairs bathroom (decided to do with a remnant) by 12:30 spotless with all counter-tops sealed for the first year. Amazing! I have to add that I had a quote from Metro which was significantly more than what I paid so I did look around. Personally I think you can tell a good company by their team and the quality of the job. Everything was exceptional. Now I'm saving for the upstairs bathrooms! Pop in and see anyone if your thinking of changing your counter-tops. You won't be disappointed. UPDATE: I accidentally dropped a bowl and chipped two sides of the granite. They sent someone out by the end of the day to repair it, no charge! It was wonderful to have it repaired so quickly and with no questions asked. I also picked up the bottom basin rack for the inside of the sink ($75). I thought I could order one online from Amazon for less money, however it is worth it to get the one that fits the sink exactly. Anyway, same day repair, no questions asked and no charge to the customer at a job that took an hour and required expert knowledge is amazing in my opinion!
